Terms & refunds

Subscriptions are monthly and for one account. Cancel through billing settings; access continues through the paid period. There are no automatic overage charges.

First-payment refunds

Investor and Combined customers may request a refund within seven days of their first payment through the support contact provided at launch. This offer does not apply to API-only subscriptions or renewals.

Data use

Use dashboard exports and API records for internal research and business workflows. Redistribution, resale, and customer-facing data display are excluded. Source information may change and does not replace independent property, title, or legal due diligence.

Availability

Daily collection attempts can be affected by source availability. Verification dates describe successful observations; they are not a guarantee of continuous court access.
